Here is a list of all the Cuban Salsa Classes we have heard of in Cambridge. There are Cuban Salsa lessons almost every day of the week for the beginners and advanced. Bring your entourage or come by yourself and meet new friends, no partner is required.

If you are available on Wednesdays, we especially recommend the Cuban salsa classes of Leandro Charanga, at the Romsey Labour Club. More details below.


MONDAY

  • Salsa T

For Beginners (10-week course) run from 13 September 10 – 29 November 10 (no class on 25/10 and 22/11)
“Beginners and Improvers courses to ease your start into the week.
Why not try Monday Salsa instead of Monday Blues?”

Improvers: 6.30 - 7.30 pm
Beginners: 7.45 - 8.45 pm

Price: £5 per session or £45 for 10 weeks (no class on 26 October)

100% Cuban, Leandro arrived in the UK in 2007. In Cuba, he made his living as a professional dancer, performer and choreographer. He graduated with distinction from 7 years of study with a leading Havana dance company, and attained teaching qualifications after 2 more years of study. His unique and cutting edge dancing style made him famous in Cuba. Now permanently relocated close to Cambridge, Leandro is starting his own dance academy in the region, open to anyone interested in Cuban salsa dancing.
