On the Sunday dates below, we are very lucky to have ARIEL RIOS coming to teach in Cambridge. Ariel used to be the director of the Conjunto Folklorico (Folkloric Group) of Univeristy of Habana when he was still living in Cuba, a very high qualification which earned him the nickname of "Ary El Professor". As you can imagine, Ariel can answer any of your questions about Cuban Salsa, its origins and the fantastic cultural mix which resulted in this fascinating dance style.
Bringing Ariel to Cambridge twice a month is a way for our group to maintain its connection with the true Cuban roots of Salsa. On these dates, there is an extra dance workshop at 18:00 before the regular 19:30 class. That is a great opportunity to work on deeper dance principles directly with the master himself!
True Cuban flavour, just for you.
Ariel's dates in Cambridge for the first half of 2016:
18:30 - Workshop for all levels
19:30 - Regular class on 3 levels (beginners welcome)
20:30 - Social
Venue: Cambridge Wormingmen's Club, 125 East Road CB1 1DB.
Regular class £6, class+workshp £10.
